You receive exclusive use of the venue for ceremony and / or reception for up to 175 guests,
2020 wedding season: Saturday package $3000 *$350 damage and cleaning fee required.
*10:00 am -10;00 pm with an additional hour for clean up and vendor exit by 11:00 pm
* If additional hours are needed for set up, they can be added at $150 an hour.
*22 tables that each seat 8 comfortably. With enough chairs to accommodate all.
* Access to our" Something Borrowed Room", with lots of decor items for the ceremony and reception, at No Extra Charge!
* Choice of ceremony sites, inside the barn in our chapel area or outside in our great big back yard.
* Use of "The Honey Suite" for the ladies to get ready and use of "Gentlemen's Den" for the gentlemen's transformation.
* Engagement portrait session on the farm , 1 hour, with your photographer.
* one and a half hour for rehearsal , either on Thursday evening or Wednesday evening.
*use your own full service caterer or choose one from our recommended vendors list .

CAKE PLATES + MORE
From cake plates, to silver platters, cupcake/ cakestand, and Gold chargers.
*package (s) include All venue fees. A security officer is required at all events exceeding 50 people in which alcohol is served.
ADD A FRIDAY TO ANY SATURDAY RENTAL FOR AN ADDITIONAL $500
*Friday: 5 pm - 9 pm. Use this time for rehearsal , rehearsal dinner and decorating.
